The British Council commissioned the international cultural mobility network - On the Move - to produce a follow-up report "Time to Act: How lack of knowledge in the cultural sector creates barriers for disabled artists and audience", which was published in 2021.

The report forms part of the Europe Beyond Access cooperation project, co-funded by the European Commission's Creative Europe program and aims to support artists with disabilities.
