The 2023 call for proposals under the Media Literacy funding line was published.

With a budget of 2 million euros, this is the second call within the scope of the new Creative Europe 2021-2027 cycle (Trans-sectoral Strand) and aims to support the development of innovative cross-border media literacy initiatives and communities across Europe, in a scenario of ever-changing digital media. Support for media literacy should enable citizens to develop a critical understanding and use of media. Media literacy is also a powerful tool to limit the impact of misinformation.

Submission deadline: March 30, 2022 (17:00 CET)
Maximum duration of projects: max 24 months
EU co-financing (non-refundable): 70%
Maximum grant per project: 500,000 euros
