Founded in the 13th century and dedicated to Saint Mary, this is the largest Portuguese cathedral and one of the most striking monuments built beyond the Tagus River. Its construction is linked to Romanesque and Gothic solutions.

September 16 to June 30: 9:00 am to 12:00 am and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm (Museum and Cloister close at 4:30 pm)
Closes December 24 in the afternoon. December 25th - Christmas Mass
